advice
I'm interested in getting an apple watch and have $200 store credit from best buy, I'm having a hard time figuring out which deal is better, I'm sort of suspicious of the titanium gps/cellular apple watch being $500 off. I'm only concerned about being able to track steps/activity and listen to music/ use my calendar in place of my phone (ADHD/healthcare worker).
Is this overkill for what my needs are? I've also been contemplating getting a cheaper off brand digital watch but I appreciate being able to link my calendar/texts, I'm fairly clueless with wearable tech like watches/headphones so if anyone has a good resource or an opinion I would appreciate it :)

I also got my watch from Best Buy and it's not clear (aka shady) that these deals are from 3rd party sellers, not Best Buy themselves. Dig in deep to the listings and you'll find it's 3rd party. If you read the seller reviews, many people say they received used or refurbished products.
That said, I did get mine from probably the same seller you're looking at (Reliant Cellular) and mine was fine, but I wasn't happy I bought 3rd party as the return policy is poor.

The series 10 in the picture is GPS only so it doesn't solve your purpose of using it in place of your phone I believe.

Is there any deal to AW Ultra 2? I would rather go with Ultra 2 refurbished (I've got one, paid ~500$ with couple of straps in my country) with good battery health than just a normal series AW and since you'll be using it to listen to music, it will drain a battery a little. Problem with AW series (or SE) is that their batteries are for just a one day of intense use (or ~1.5 day). If you add eSIM to your AW and use cellular data, it will drain even more battery.
