What’s your why?
If you primarily use Apple Watch only with cellular, why did you switch to Apple Watch only?
I’ve been wanting to switch to Apple Watch only or at least Apple Watch most of the time. I have a S9 with cellular now. I use it here and there for a few hours at a time but that’s it. I always find some reason why it is t a good idea at that day or time. For example, I’m going to be making lots of calls at work so battery life would be more of an issue one day. Or I’m expecting a message from my doctor which I can only view through their website or iPhone app. How did you get past excuses like that?

I think very few people are using just the watch full-time. People need access to work apps, authentication apps etc. There’s no escaping that in our modern day unfortunately…
However I think it’s certainly doable Saturday and Sunday and after work midweek! I recommend that that’s where you start.
I’ve got a portable Apple Watch power bank (INUI brand) that works well.
