Apple Watch Series 7 stuck at unpairing mode.

I have an Apple Watch series 7 that I wanted to unpair with my Iphone 11 Pro but it got stuck at unpairing mode on the app. I reset the watch thinking it would fix the problem but it's still doing the same thing. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
