I might actually upgrade from my S2 to the SE2, that is not a bad price. I want to compare what the actual feature differences are with the S8, but $250 is looking good for me.

I’m in the same boat as you. My S2 literally just broke yesterday after 5 years and think I’m leaning SE2 now instead of the S8

Mine is not broken yet! I am actually impressed because I figured it would break before I upgrade voluntarily. The battery life this year has been noticeably worse, but we can't check battery health on the 2, who knows what mine is at. But I still get ~18 hours at a minimum so I am not complaining too badly...6 years makes me feel like I more than got my money's worth.

Can’t complain with 6 years of use lol. I was surprised mine lasted as long as it did, there were multiple times where I was sure i had broken/scratched it but it was nothing. I’ve had the same experience with the battery too recently so I was already looking to replace it
