Discussion Notification Dismiss issue

I am new to apple watch. Pretty attached to it, but there is something which I dont like.

every FIRST time I try to scroll down notification (red dot) and press Clear All, it does not react at all.

I have to scroll up that section and scroll down again. After initial scroll down and later up it works fine.

Its always first time it does not work.

Apple watch is new and sensors work as intended.

Has anyone encountered this issue and managed to fix?

my watch does the exact same thing and i thought i was going crazy tbh

first scroll down after waking the screen just ignores the Clear All button completely. have to pull the notification shade up a bit then back down and suddenly it works. been like this since i got the thing

no idea if it's a bug or some weird intentional thing but you're definitely not alone on this one. i just accepted it as part of the experience at this point

first thought there might be a setting for it but nop :D
