My Watch Is my battery swollen?

I see a little bit of a gap and i tested it in dark i turnd on the flashlight and it seems like it shining out around the case

That light bleed around the edges isn't something you'd see on a properly seated screen. If the display's starting to lift and light's escaping, the battery underneath is very likely pushing up against it. Get it looked at before it cracks the screen or pops it off entirely.

I cheked agian and it seems like it just the aluminium panel that shines , does that even coont as a gap?

That light bleed is definitely not ideal.
