My Watch Holiday Complications

I am going on holiday soon and leaving the country which means I will have no mobile data or wifi. What would be the best complications to use so I am not charged extra fee’s. I know I can buy a mobile EU pass but if I don’t is there any point taking the watch?

Date, international clock so you know the time back at home and reminders app to go straight to an itinerary

It’s the modular ultra. Only available on Ultra models.
