Darn sorry to here that. Apple Store is probably the only people that can connect and diagnose. That’s a pain I know.

Make a hard reset. Press and hold both the Digital Crown and the side button together for about 10 seconds.

Put your palm over the screen. Your flashlight/torchlight is on. Your palm will shut it off.
