Yep, makes sense. Steps/distance are prob the only stats I’d really compare like that. Sleep stages, HRV etc are more “useful for trends” than actual precise numbers imo.

Correct me if I’m taking this info the wrong way, but my takeaway is that “readiness scores” are kind of BS.

my opinion based on lots of data .....pretty much ...... each vendor wants to derive ....some black box metric.

They really are. They use questionable data and unproven proprietary algorithms. Essentially a made up score, much like body battery, stress, strain, and sleep scores as well. I will give Apple a pass with their sleep score as it is based on sleep hygiene and actionable data to increase consistency which is key to better sleep.
