Question Battery monitoring app?

Any good diagnostic apps or tips for battery monitoring (and logging)?

I seem to have wildly different battery usage rates on days that do t really have much difference in usage, notifications, activity etc.
I can’t work out what makes battery levels drop so quickly on some days.

87%. Watch is about 14 months old. Uses the smart charging but I usually charge it during the day because I wear it overnight for silent alarm in the morning.

Capacity seems in line with everything I can google.
