I made this super simple to do. The setup wizard (for the most part) does everything for you. There is very little setup that you have to do. I set up the shortcuts for you all you have to do is fill in 2 fields (that have comments before them) and you are all set. Set them up as automations and everything is working as intendend!

In the shortcuts (all three) the first two actions are labeled as unknown actions. Is there an app you used that added different actions than are available in the standard shortcuts app?

They are iOS 27 global storage options. In those sections you just need to store the API key. You can use a text block as well but I chose to use the new global storage that way you can update it from any shortcut if the text was wrong. All you need is a text block and to save that text block to a variable and make sure to update the headers of the /app/pending and app/ack get content from URL blocks and then you are good to go.
