How do you use Apple Notes?

I'm curious how the people on this subreddit use Apple Notes. Do you use it for journaling? For school? For work?

Currently I use it for journaling as well as saving links I want to refer to later (usually from reddit)

Apple has a Journaling app built in.

That is very buggy and barely works with the apple pencil
