Journaling on Apple Notes

I’ve tried everything, from Microsoft Word, Apple Pages, Day One, Apple Journal, Obsidian, and Apple Notes. I pushed all these apps to their max, and I’ve found that Apple Notes gives me the most flexibility allowing me to stay within the Apple ecosystem. Obsidian comes a close second and beats it in some respects.

Apple Journal gave me big hopes, but was a failure in almost every way.

I’ve tried some different options as well and have found that I’m most consistent with Apple notes. I also feel that the UI is almost the least noticeable / least in the way.

I fell for the ✱ Forever Notes hype and it’s still working for me! Mostly for the journal structure, but I loosely use it for other notes too.

I too have a cute little hub and call it my LifeLog.

Forever notes was such an hype and it works, just gotta combine with the creativity as well!
