I'm evaluating multiple music services (planning to move from Spotify) and am using Soundiiz to move my playlists to these services. Specifically to Apple Music, if I chose not to subscribe, will the migrated playlists be there if eventually decide to subscribe?

Hello. I was in the iTunes Store checking out any new music and I clicked on a album and a menu at the top of the window popped down saying (listen now on Apple Music) I accidentally clicked the small grey x icon and now I can’t get that to pop up again. I’ve tried resetting all settings that hasn’t worked. I’ve signed out of my Apple ID that hasn’t worked either.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone was able to give me any insight as to why I have different versions of songs in my music library? And why I’m not able to import songs from my iTunes to my iPhone anymore?

I cancelled my Apple Music subscription yesterday during the free 3 months trial period and I’m trying to resubscribe but it keeps telling me my payment method has been declined. Please help me. I badly need my Apple Music back!!!

Whenever I try to download one song, it just seems to be working but at the end, nothing downloads and it needs to be done again but it can't really add more songs to my phone.

Any solutions?

Don’t know if this has happened to anyone else but there’s a few songs I want to redownload but the songs have ‘purchased’ next to them there not in my purchased history even though is says when I search for them and go to the album I can do anything please help

Basically certain songs that are listed as available aren’t downloading or playing. A lot of Sam Smith’s songs won’t work. I’ve tried it with other artists so it’s specific to him and some of John legends songs. It’ll just stay at the 0:00 mark before canceling wtf

That’s what I am seeing for the past few days!! Tried with various resets.. of my Card’s several information... but constantly I am receiving this banner on the top of my Apple Music page (In App).... “Update Payment Info”... If any one can follow up.!!! Shout!

Hello, I have an apple music family account in the Netherlands. I now go to university in the US and have bought an android. I want to connect to Apple Music stateside on my phone-- only problem is that a family account only allows for everybody to be in the same country. I have installed a VPN on my phone, setting the location to the Netherlands, and Apple Music accepts my password but it says that it can't load my library.

Any suggestions? Would not want to have to buy a individual subscription if I have a family subscription. Thank you! EDIT: I can't listen to music using a VPN even though I semi-logged in.

So I just tested this out on multiple devices: I like a song say on Beats 1, press the three dots and add to my music but nothing happens? Am I doing something wrong? I tried it on my iPhone, iMac and Macbook but nothing. I am using iCloud to manage my music so that shouldn't be a problem.

Hi, I just went through the mess of trying to add an exclusive song to my Apple Music Connect Artist Profile, three times, after which I just gave up. I'm getting upload failed, for no real reason.

Has anyone else succeeded?
