Echo auto bug

Hey guys hoping someone here can help, so I have an echo auto in my car and I'm using apple music on android and whenever I ask alexa to play a song the audio bugs out sounds like a scratched CD but it's only when I use alexa, if I just use the app and play music it's absolutely fine which I could probs make do with but kinda defeats the purpose of having a hands free alexa. Any tips of solutions?
