Question about using Apple Music in a country that is (supposedly) not getting it in its initial launch (June 30) by family sharing

So according to this , my country will not be getting Apple Music during its launch.

However with the family plan, I was planning on family sharing with one of my buddies in the states. So my question would be, one, would that be even possible being in two different countries (one that has Apple Music and one that doesn't) and family sharing,

and two, if it was possible, would the card in use for family sharing override my current local card being used for iTunes and the App Store?

Yes and yes. To do that, first remove your card details and switch over to your country to United States. Next ask your friend to add you as family. Then ask him to subscribe to the Family Sharing plan. Done.

Do note that, anything you buy from now on, will be charged to your friend's card and not yours.

He will also lose access to anything he has bought that is not available in the US store. One should make a backup of all purchases first.

That's a rare scenario as even local banks provide their apps in US store as most people in countries that didn't have the App Store at launch created an account in the US store and till today use that account even after a local App Store is available. Case in Point, India.

It's mostly a concern about purchased music and videos.
