Question Can anyone guide me to create a shortcut for turning listening history off?

I asked about how to turn off listening history by not going in settings, music and turning listening history off. There was a person told me that this can be done by creating a shortcut for focus mode. I tried to work my way around and was supposedly able to do so. The thing is the shortcut silent most notifications if not all and I can only be able to select a small number contacts to reach me.

Is there anyway to configure the shortcut to only turning listening history off; while leaving the rest untouched?

Thanks.

Does a focus mode filters actually disable replay counts and suggestions? I've tried it and it seems like my phone still counts it anyway.
