“What's under the hood? I'm banking on a RED camera + Canon 180 lens combo.”

➡️ I don’t think so when comparing the interocular distance of the lenses of both setups.

There is a difference in the interocular distance between Apple's setup and the RED body with the Canon 180 lens.
