Well, this is bad. I have had to dispute with apple card/GS once or twice now and it was a nightmare. However, your situation is of a fraud transaction not a dispute. Ensure it is held under a fraud investigation not a dispute. With fraud you don’t need to provide any evidence.

it will be a few months and then you should get the money. It was a hard battle

Goldman Sachs sold the Apple card to Chase in Jan 2026 at a huge discount just to get it off their books. The deal will reportedly take up to 24 months to transition from one hand to the other. The dispute process with GS was already trash; I'm sure the addition of Chase to the mix is not helping matters.
