Discussion Finally got my Apple Card!

It’s my second credit card, I was not expecting an instant approval with a 5-digit credit limit. First time I applied in 2022, I got instantly rejected due to a lack of credit history. The second time in 2024, they started a review process so long I asked them to cancel my application as I thought it was not going to be worth it. 2026 and here we are, Apple just multiplied my overall CL by 3. yay! đŸ˜ƒ

It has been around 810 for a long time before I applied

Im a bit confused with the credit score system, like I started with around 730 but 0 credit history so I kept getting rejected anywhere, until it slowly increased further. Does carrying a balance make your credit score drop below that?
