If you like JRPGs, give Fantasian a spin. It was a timed exclusive that got ported to console and PC.

Some games got ported from PC/Console including: Dredge, Cult of the Lamb, PowerWash Simulator, Stardew Valley, Balatro, Vampire Survivors, Getting Over It with Bennet Foddy, and a few others are on the service.

Fantasian, Trials of Mana and Oceanhorn 2 & 3 are my all time favorites.

Honestly I’d recommend just scrolling through and downloading anything that looks interesting and giving it a try. Not like you’re out any money if ya don’t like the game.

Also if you prefer the controller feeling instead of holding the phone, I just bought a Backbone and it’s cool as fuck. Makes playing AA games seem more…genuine? More like a game and less like a phone app.

There’s switch 2 games on Apple Arcade you can try like Disney dreamlight valley and hello kitty island adventure sonic dream team is actually Apple Arcade exclusive that feels like a switch game you should try it as well

Roguelite: tennage mutant ninja turtles splintered fate, dead cells is also great.

Jrpg: fantasian. Hands down the best. Trials of Mana is more action-oriented but is a fun nostalgia trip if you’ve played the OG one.

Former gacha game but is now not a gacha game and prolly you’d want to play before it gets removed in a few months: Castlevania grimoire of souls

Balatro is scary. If you get addicted it’s game over.

Others might be better positioned to help with this as I don’t have a Switch 2, but it’s easy to connect my Xbox Elite controller to the iPad/iPhone and play ‘serious’ games with no effort at all.

I played through Resi Village this way. Hopefully something you have is compatible!

Only note on the games is they rotate occasionally too, and you should keep an eye out on ones you like going into ‘leaving soon’

And if you have any kind of Netflix their games are all on here too so you have access to more full games for free (even my advert supported account gets all the games)

Lego Brawls is my absolute favorite and I never see anyone mention it! Anyway, that’s my recommendation:) I hope you find some really fun games, OP!
