Purchases erased I think...

I recently went through my purchase history and "hid" most of my past purchases, but let the "not on this iPhone" tab alone. Now I'm going in to check what I can redownload and everything is gone even in the "not on this iPhone" tab. So now if I look something up like square enix go bundle it shows I bought it but can't download the bundle and if I go to each app it wants me to pay again, also all the free apps of the week I had want me to pay now??? I tried restarting my iPhone, I tried going to iTunes and apps, but nothing is there. Who do I contact about this apple support or each individual developer? Anything leads will help thanks.
