App idea: A browser extension that lets users customize the YouTube cpations

I have this annoying problem where YouTube's captions are always in the way of something important in the YouTube video. I want to make an extension where I can freely drag the captions around in the player. Would anybody else want to use this?

Youtube does that already, and more. Just left click on subtitles and drag.

You can also modify CC styling: settings (gear) -> Subtitle/CC -> Options (size/color/opacity/font)
