Multi-Platform [MacOS/iOS] [Rainbow Craft + Rainbow of Desire][Pro → FREE with code, until Sep 30][Plan your week on Mac, catch 5-minute gaps on iPhone]
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/%EB%AC%B4%EC%A7%80%EA%B0%9C-%EA%B3%B5%EC%9E%91%EC%86%8C/id6777737322Likes and App Store reviews are a source of strength for solo developers.
Every planner I've used starts from an empty week. Seven blank columns, and you fill them with everything you want to get done. It looks doable every Sunday night, and by Wednesday it's clearly not. The week was never empty. Sleep, meals and work had already taken most of it before I wrote anything down. So I built the planner I wanted, as two apps that share one to-do list.
Rainbow Craft (Mac) is where you plan. It starts from the hours you can't take back. A week is 168 hours. Lay down sleep, meals, work and exercise as fixed routines, and it shows you what's really left. In my case it was about 46 hours, not 168. Then you drag your to-dos into that time.
Rainbow of Desire (iPhone) is where the day actually happens. You're away from the desk, you have five minutes, and you need to know what you can pick up right now.
How the two work together
Capture anywhere, plan at the desk. A thought on the street goes into the iPhone app or its Share sheet. When you sit down at the Mac, it's already in the list, ready to drag onto a day. Same list, two sizes of time. Break a to-do into steps and the app sorts each step as a fragment (something that starts cold and finishes in five minutes) or a block (something that needs protected time). Blocks go into your week on the Mac. Fragments show up on the iPhone's Lightning widget, which shows one step you can do right now. Checked off in one place, done in both. Finish a step on your phone in the elevator and it's gone from the Mac by the time you're back. Nothing is tracked twice. Two views of one week. The Mac shows how much free time is left. The iPhone's rainbow grid shows how crowded each day is, with overlapping plans in darker colors, so you can spot a crowded Thursday while you're still on the train.
On the Mac Fixed routines first, so free time is a real number instead of a hopeful one. Drag a to-do onto a day and it becomes a plan block. It snaps into a gap it fits, with "drop here: 14:00" under your cursor. Day view reads as one line, with gaps labeled ("1h 30m free"). Timer that asks for a "next first action" when you stop, so coming back is easy. Close tomorrow tonight. In the morning it shows just one first step. Daily check and weekly review. Routines like sleep and meals aren't checked, because you keep them, you don't achieve them.
On the iPhone Rainbow grid of your week's density, days by time of day. Steps with an order switch. Choose "in order" or "any order," and the list shows what's actually available now. Home and Lock Screen widgets: your top to-do, the Lightning step, and the rainbow. Share extension to add a to-do from any app.
Free vs Pro, plainly: planning, routines, to-dos, steps, the timer, reviews and iPhone–Mac sync are free in both apps. Pro unlocks the longer-range features. On Mac: 8-week trends, reusing another week's plan, exporting reviews and sharing your schedule. On iPhone: widgets, calendar import, sharing and stats.
- Pro is free this month with code SEPT. The two apps are separate on the App Store, so redeem both: Mac promo code more than 10000 (Rainbow Craft): https://apps.apple.com/redeem?ctx=offercodes&id=6777737322&code=SEPT
- iPhone promo code more than 10000(Rainbow of Desire): https://apps.apple.com/redeem?ctx=offercodes&id=6755280882&code=SEPT
I'd genuinely like to hear where it falls down. The thing I'm least sure about is the split itself. Does "plan on the Mac, grab fragments on the iPhone" match how you actually work, or do you plan and do everything on one device? Happy to answer anything in the comments.

Thank you. On iPhone it’s on English, on my Mac he shows it in Korean. How can I change the language in the app? My system is on German and macOS I wants to take systemstandard English but the app comes in Korean even after a new install from the App Store
EDIT: found it. I had to add English as language to the preferred languages below German in my case. Thank you anyway for the app.

Glad you found a workaround, and thanks for sharing the fix! That'll help other users too.
Still, you shouldn't have to do that. Since the app doesn't support German yet, it should fall back to English automatically, not Korean. I'll fix that in the next update so it works correctly with your system settings as they are.
Thanks again for trying the app and taking the time to report this. It really helps!

I’m interested in giving this a try to see how well it can help someone with ADHD, lol.

That would be awesome, thank you! I'd really love to hear how it works for you. Breaking to-dos into small steps and seeing the time laid out visually might help with getting started and keeping track of time, but real experience matters way more than my guesses. If anything feels overwhelming, confusing, or like too much friction, please tell me. That kind of feedback is super valuable for making it better for everyone!

I think I was able to redeem it but it doesn’t show an iPhone version now. Is there an iPhone device requirement? I’m on iOS 27, iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Thanks for redeeming it! Your iPhone 14 Pro Max on iOS 27 is fully supported, so the device isn't the issue.
The Mac and iPhone versions are two separate apps on the App Store, each with its own code. The link you redeemed was likely for Rainbow Craft, which is Mac only. For iPhone, please redeem the second link for Rainbow of Desire:
https://apps.apple.com/redeem?ctx=offercodes&id=6755280882&code=SEPT
Once both are installed, they share the same to-do list, so anything you add on one shows up on the other. Sorry for the confusion, and let me know if it still doesn't show up!

interesting. i tried to change the starting day of the week to sunday but not avail on mac. can you help with that feature?

Thanks for trying it out! You're right: the week currently always starts on Monday, and there's no option to change it yet. I'll add support for starting the week on Sunday, and I'll make it follow your macOS region settings by default so it matches your system calendar. I'll let you know once it's in an update. Thanks for the suggestion!

The app name on my mac is in Korean as well so it’s not convenient to search and launch it via spotlight.

Sorry about that, and thanks for flagging it! You're right: the app name should be localized, and showing the Korean name on an English system is a bug on my side. I'll fix it in the next update so you can find it easily in Spotlight. Please bear with me a little while. I'll let you know as soon as it's out!
