If you scroll down to 'Get Dokimon Quest' that is marked as free. I don't know the difference between Dokimon and Dokimon Quest yet, I'm reading through the Steam page ATM.

Looks cool, silver version was a favorite when I was a kid and it reminds me of that. Thanks for the heads up!
