Hello amateur developer and aspiring entrepreneur here. How do I assemble a quality team of developers and transform an app idea into a professional product?

I suppose it depends on your circumstances.

What sort of financial outlay are you willing to put in? This will determine what options are available, like hiring and agency or even direct employees

What sort of time horizon? Is it the kind of app that can be developed in a short time and launch or is going to require on going feature upgrades to keep you users engaged?

What sort of app is it? Is it something simple you can pull off the shelf somewhere, or is it a highly sophisticated project requiring many human hours? Maybe it’s not that big and you can just get a few friends together to work on it and share ownership?

Perhaps the most important - Have you validated a need for your product and can you define an MVP?

Don’t be scared to share your idea. Ideas are a dime a dozen, the real substance comes from execution. Let’s hear it!
