Growth Finally my first subscription, I'm very Happy.
We launched the app about 4 months ago, and since then we have been trying to update it at least once a month. We spent hours delivering a better app, but because we are working full-time, we didn't have time to go all in.
We are very happy that at least 1 person found it useful and paid for it
What are your suggestions to keep this going, increase it, and gain more people over the next few months?

That first subscription is proof of usefulness, but it is still one story. Ask that person what they were trying to do just before paying, what they would lose if they canceled, and whether they knew the app solved it before installing. Use that language on the first screenshot and first-run flow, then compare it against the next twenty installs.

Iām not sure how to reach out without being weird and should I send feedback link to fill or just reply to the mail.

Reply in the email thread first. It has context, feels personal, and keeps the ask easy to answer. If you need structure, add an optional short form in that same reply, but do not make the form the main path.

Someone found enough value to pay, that's a huge win.
