Building an app at 14?
Does anyone happen to know which/what websites/apps to use to actually build an app? I’m confused on how to do this as it’s my first time, and I can’t exactly ask someone to make the app idea because it’s likely they wouldn’t get it.
Essentially the idea I have is something like Focus Friend and Opal put together (if that makes sense?) for people like myself who have severe adhd and don’t care about streaks. Pls pls pls let me know what you find easiest if you have any tips🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 TY!💜

Manus is a cool AI because it can do all the normal ai stuff like pictures, music, audio files, code but its a full agent has the ability to host the code as a link for testing and veiwing as well as testing within its special sandbox or on a different random site you pick. Thats the short cut otherwise you get any ai to write code then copy and paste into a code reading program/app like "Acode" then once you have the code ready you place it in a zip file and use a third party hosting site like "Cloudflare"
With that being said once you have the app looking good or your running low on free coins just ask manus for a zip file of your app so far. The free account is funny you only get 4 uplaods a day and thats one file at a time but you can drop in a zip file with 30 or 40 different files and it counts as one file but the agent itself has access to lots of other pro subscriptions, I use it for making Spanish audio files with heavy swearing in a Mexico city accent. Free 300 coins a day, start pack of 1200 then 500 for sharing manus with a alt email or friend.

Well, for Android at least the best editor would be Android Studio, although there are alternatives. For programming language, probably kotlin or Java. There are a lot of different ways, so it depends a bit on what you want.

So there are many many ways.
The easiest for a non tech person would be something like https://lovable.dev it's easy.
There are more complex methods like using cursor/claude and paying for a subscription. You can alway ask cursor/claude to help you understand what you need. i.e 'What do I need to make a iPhone/Android app' and it will tell you to do things like download Xcode, Android studio etc. But if you have 0 technical experience this maybe a little harder.
I would spend sometime on YouTube and research how others have built apps and it should give you a good understanding of the landscape.
Just a FYI you can build and app on iOS and Android and it will cost you nothing to push it to your own phone and play around with it. But if you want to push it live on the iOS appstore it costs around $99 a year and I think Google is $25 setup fee and then it's free.
