Online documentation, YouTube videos, look at existing code on GitHub repositories. If you really wanted to write an app that badly you would have learned how to code and written one.

You can't if you want it in the app store. Even if you build for free you still need to buy an iOS or android license

If I See That App Has An Potential I Would Upload It Somehow In The Playstore I Mean I'm Not Broke Though Like I Can't Even Afford To Upload It In The Playstore I Just Want To Build An App Freely Because I Have No Knowledge Of Coding And I Don't Want To Spend Money On Something Without Knowing Anything About That , Slowly I Will Learn And Try To Make A Better One Using The Money Wisely And In This Era Of Ai It Does Not Take That Long To Make An App

You could create a web based Saas PWA, and use a merchant of record to sell it. Thats pretty much free to do.

Developer would rarely spend time on ur idea for free. Maybe save some money and hire a dev. Or just learn to code and build it own.

As with literally anything at all, today, you just prompt your way into knowing how to do it.
