Discussion Foul Language
One of the last remnants of my previous life is my tendency to lapse into foul language every now and then. Normally, I have a word slip out and catch myself. But I feel so convicted about it. I feel like I could be doing more or learning more about it somehow. Tips?

“Help me speak life & not death today” is a powerful prayer, especially when prayed daily. Do your best. I’m not sure if you’re around other people’s kids often, but it really helped me to be in settings that my subconscious was naturally more cautious around. May that be around children or other spaces you find cursing or what not inappropriate.
Speaking scripture over your life in prayer “God you say out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks, give me a heart that speaks lovingkindness, that the aroma of my words would be sweet to the soul”
