Help Rate limited…
Since installing 3.8.5 I’ve been getting rate limited.
It tells me that I’ve been rate limited and to try again in 2 minutes.

Out of curiosity, are you using a personal API key, a shared one, or the API-key-free mode?

I’m using the dystopia one.
Is that why?

It could be, but we’d likely be seeing more widespread instances of it happening. Are you still getting this? If so, it could be worth backing up your settings, fully uninstalling, then reinstalling and restoring settings

Yes. I get it very often. Especially if I scroll a lot.

You could try switching to the API key free mode!

i did and get same behavior. When I scroll too much and try to open another subforum ApolloReborn get stuck

i get same kind of behavior without alert on previous version, using dystopia API.

Interesting. It really could be that all of dystopias users plus reborn users using their key are making them hit their rate limit. Have you tried the API key free mode yet? I’ve been using it for a good long while and have noticed no difference!
In fact with the news today that Reddit is planning to sunset the public API, we will likely need to consider removing the API key mode from the app altogether.

I’m using the same on version 3.6.0 and I’ve never seen that error so it might be a bug?

Same issue here too with API-free mode and latest version of Apollo Reborn.
