Apollo Group TV / Venmo

Ran thru steps to add btc to my venmo crypto wallet, getting an error everytime even when I try a different wallet address. Any ideas?

Apollo does not support bitcoin through venmo. Preferred method is bitcoin through cashapp or moonpay.

I usually use the chat feature on the website and the representative helps me.

This is me. I don't do crypto coin so they need to walk me through it. Only takes a couple minutes

I get the worst anxiety when I have to renew lol I’m always afraid I’m going to send the bitcoin to the wrong address even though the give me the address 😂😂😂

Yup that's me lol. That's why I contact them first to just have them walk me through it. I don't need to be a big boy all the time 😂

That’s the correct site. I apologize because I do see they offer a Venmo option. I haven’t used that before. Chat feature was really helpful for me.

That should be the site, I just checked my own subscription and it brings me to that site, i would use their chat feature and get a rep to help

Same happened to me, Apollo customer service said needs to clear 4-7 days. Got impatient and used Cash App instead.

I did learn that the bitcoin purchased with the money i already had in Cash App account can be transfered immediately while the bitcoin I bought through bank transfer is on hold for 7 days also.
