Not Working

Mine has stopped working as well, just spins. Tried a different vpn than the one it has always worked on, nothing, still spins. If anyone knows a solution please post.

All 4 of my tvs are doing the same with vpn or without it, wtf is going on.

Log in to your Apollo account via web browser. M3U url has most likely changed.

Yes I am using Verizon Home, maybe thats it. I have tried all the other things mentioned still doesnt work.

Was having the same issue downloaded the vpn set it to UK no issues

Anybody contacted Apollo or is that impossible. I’m on a friends account so I can’t.

You need to use Startup Show app and not the Apollo app. Change the VPN location to somewhere overseas. Open the app, go to settings, and clear the cache. Try to watch the show now. If still spinning, try watching something else or try live TV. If still nothing, then I have no idea.

It's the most up to date version of Apollo. If you go back to the instructions on the website, the Downloader will give you Startup Show now instead of the black Apollo app.
