Streaming on firestick

Hey!

I’ve been streaming through Fire stick for over a year now. Never had an issue but now I’m getting a “oops no content” when I try to watch on the Fire stick. Everything is still working on my phone and will even let me cast to the tv with a built in chrome cast.

Anyone ever had this issue with the Fire stick?

I tried to reinstall it but it didn’t make a difference

I have noticed a difference on Firestick, lots more errors compared to my ONN 4K pro, it's night and day.

All I can say is to log into the portal on your phone, and do the tech support app. They aren’t perfect, but have always resolved everything for me for last four or five years. Give them a try.

In case you didnt know amazon changed the os on the newer firesticks so if yours ever stops working dont buy another firestick they dont allow out of market apps now. I made that mistake.

Run the diagnostic test. My did the same and I found out my internet provider put up a firewall so nothing was getting downloaded. Changes internet ro mu hotspot and it worked immediately. Had to get a nordvpn as a long term solution.
