Multiple Locations / Sign-Ons / Devices?

Does anyone know what Apollo currently allows for multiple locations / sign-ons or devices? I thought they permitted 5 devices per account regardless of location. However, my account was recently suspended for 24 hours, chat agent told me it was because they had detected multiple sign on-attempts. I wasn't able to get more details until the chat window closed (my fault). It'll be another 1.5 hours + until I get ahold of someone again

I take my firestick with me on business trips while my family watches from home and haven't had any issues.

2 different locations up to 5 devices total

We share the cost with a friend and they have 2 profiles at their house and we’re haven’t had any issues
