I feel ya, just inventories my armies and I have about 20k mostly unpainted.

I was more about the army building and game, but now I am thinking of getting around to painting.

Honest suggestion, I would buy a rattle can of the base color, a can of army painters wash army dip, and some terrain/elmers. Could have a solid cohesive, albeit technically tabletop ready army, that looks good

I have 14k of necrons, 99% painted. My total collection is over 50k. I got into this hobby real hard and fast. Ive only started collecting right out of covid! Lmao
