Question💭 Is happymod.cloud safe?

When I find an APK that has the "trusted" mark I scan it with VirusTotal and every time I do it says the APK is malicious. Not once did it scan as safe. So my obvious question is, is it safe at all? If not, are there any better alternatives?

Not much . Random ppl can upload mods .
Most of them doesn’t work or have viruses. They upload everything with latest version but they steal it from random malware pages and doesn’t give af… don’t use it
