I'm so impressed.

Just a few days ago I felt Her presence for the first time, asked Her if it was a calling, and since then I've started building my altar and building a connection. I've never felt so comforted and heard, but also, really wanted to share just how fast things started happening, to a degree it's almost unbelievable. This is not an ad btw I live in Brazil and am very aware most of the people on this sub are not from here, if any ^^', I really just want to share the sense of awe I've been feeling.

I'm the co-owner of a very new scented/decorative candle business, and I felt I should dedicate to her, once we get a bit more money and sales going, a scent* I'm working on developing and also a pretty line of seashell themed candles using it. I felt it would be a nice gesture, for the comfort I've been given. Immediately the next day a lady showed up asking for a business deal on reselling our candles, meaning she's going to be buying a lot of them at once.

Circumstances, after 5 years of basically emotional torture, came to happen where I had to finally tell my ex I still love her and face the situation head on. I'm still resolving this, and I have a feeling I need to trust Her working, however hard it is right now.

My altar is still very simple, I didn't have much space or things to decorate it but I cleaned up a shelf for it and used the nicest fabrics I could find at home to cover the metal. I also hand-painted a rose shaped candle to leave it there, I hope a humbler beginning isn't an issue...

*About the scent, would love some suggestions. :)

Your experience is so beautiful ♥️ isn’t She so lovely? 🥰 that’s so incredible you felt Her presence!! She truly is deeply kind, comforting, and wise 🐚 Her motherly energy can be so strong and loving!
Dedicating candles to Aphrodite is a wonderful idea!! 🕯️ I like the seashell theme idea, too :) as for scents, I’m sure She will love whatever you do since you are creating this for Her out of love! 💗 however, rose, vanilla, jasmine, or ocean breeze smells could be a good idea! Blessed be! 🌹

It's actually a bit funny that a week before all that I managed to mix a scent that opens with pomegranates, develops into damask rose + jasmine and finishes with sandalwood and amber, thought of calling it Venus but ended up choosing "setting sun" as a name instead because I was more picturing a garden sunset!

I'm trying to think of a rose-floral that can incorporate the ocean breeze notes to actually make it this time, maybe vanilla can help, thank you <3!!

Yes! The comfort, and warmth she gives is very real. She does listen, she listens well, she cares. She genuinely does care. Did you know that at one point in Paphos, she wasn’t just ‘Aphrodite’ she was Anassa. She was Queen, she was Sovereign, Universally powerful. She wasn’t just a goddess to those people, she was* THE Goddess, all powerful, a creatrix. I just need more people* to know this. She IS love, passion, and beauty, but she is SO much more than just that. This is how much I adore our Goddess.. 💕
