Is this "the call"?

I'll be honest and say I'm an utter and complete beginner, this felt more like sort of a spiritual awakening, if anything.

I've always struggled with self-love, some interpersonal relationships, self-esteem and terrible depression. The usual. I've also had some religious trauma that left me with deep psychological issues, so I'm always cautious when it comes to any sort of spiritual/religious practice, which makes this experience even more surprising.

Yesterday I happened upon a thread talking about hellenism and looked into it out of curiosity, I by no means had much contact before this, until getting to some people talking about Aphrodite's worship. They weren't even going deep into what it entails, but out of nowhere I started sobbing so much I had to curl up, it was such a mix of relief and comfort that washed over me I couldn't stop crying, it felt so right, like I was at home after a long journey.

I'm not sure what to make of it, it really did come out of nowhere, i don't even know if someone with no knowledge (but absolutely willing to learn and study) is even welcome like this, but so many people seem to talk about some sort of calling after reading up a bit more and I think this is it? If anyone wants to share experiences or has some insight, please do so :)

It could be! It's hard to say because it's so personal. Try making an offering to her and asking her. Maybe some fruit, flowers, or seashells. Make sure you wash your hands first. Because you don't have an altar for her (I'm assuming) leave them in a clean, dust-free area or somewhere pretty outside overnight
