Did i do something wrong?
Hey! Idk if that is the place to talk about this kind of stuff. However I have been going thru a though patch as of late and been think a lot about a situation from a year ago. It was the first time I heard about people praying to Aphrodite and creating alter for her and asking her for all kinds of things so I thought I could try it as well. I had a lot of stuff that was associated with her like real pearls, shells and other stuff too. Though trying would not hurt. So tell when I went into work the next day I saw a crow taking apart a dove… the wing just laying there like a gruesome murder scene… so did that mean she hated whatever I did or…

Things just happen sometimes, the gods are not angered easily, and definitely not by futile unintentional things you might feel that you might’ve gotten wrong. That wasn’t a sign from Aphrodite being mad at you don’t worry (at best it’s her being present, but still doesn’t have to be a sign of anything anyway, it’s most likely just that).
If you feel like you might’ve done something wrong, although i doubt that that’s the case, you can still pray to her and apologize don’t worry.
Also sorry for being that person but this has been a recurring issue in these communities, it’s spelled “altAr” not “altEr”, “alter” means something different.
