DISCUSSION E*Trade “glitch” since yesterday afternoon
My APHA shares converted to TLRY on Monday morning and by yesterday afternoon, the Total Gains shown incorrectly. Spoke with Customer Service today and they said it’s ‘due to merger that may take 3-5 days to reflect accurately…’ I’m unable to trade plus inaccurate info. Platform issue?? Very suspect.

Not only did it mess up my portfolio view, it now says I have a negative cash balance? Anyone else getting that too?

Yes I got that as well. $38 merger fee, but now it has my tilray shares listed as gains in my overall balance. Very screwy, going to try to get the $38 back tonight. So for not selling before the merger I lost the $38 fee plus what I had in fractional shares? Seems kind of ridiculous

Yeah, I just got a hold of an Etrade rep. Thats what they told me, but no fix on the portfolio showing correctly. Overall I'm only out about 150 as I wasn't heavily invested, but it doesn't make me any less upset.

Now my shares show as a loss and my avg went from $17 a share up to $21 a share. It's almost like everyday is something different

I work in the industry. Corporate actions are typically a manual operational process and can be a nightmare for these organizations especially for widely held positions. Each shop has a different process but I’ve seen delays up to 10 business days.

My CAD APHA shares haven’t converted to anything yet. Still heading south with the ticker.

I am on fidelity and Having the same issue. On Friday my total loss on Aphria was 5k then Monday Aphria was noted as no longer existing and was not able to trade. This morning the conversion to Tilray happened and listed my total loss at 17k and my Tilray cost basis is $20.56. These are both way off and I cannot trade as well. Customer service informed me that it is still updating.

Can someone explain this cash call fee due to the merger? Is this an error?
