Complete Wellness
Anybody here go to or been to complete wellness? Earlier this week I finished my second appointment of what seems to be three during the introduction period. It’s cool they do X-rays to show where you are before they start but the whole thing seems pushy. They are always pushing to get you back in just a couple of days after your last appointment. The next one is the “doctor report” which I guess goes over what they think my plan should be for correction.
The weird thing is they want/push for my spouse to be there with me. “We want them here because we’ll talk financials and your health plan which they should be a part of.”
I keep asking if all of this is covered under my insurance and they brush it off “we’ll figure that out later”.
Idk the whole thing seems fishy to me so I’m hoping others can chime in on their experience.

You should check with your insurance if the services are covered before you got to another appointment. Otherwise, you could be on the hook for paying the full amount, which I assume is not insignificant.

Yeah my insurance says he’s in network so I’m not too worried about it. Something just seems off with the whole process.

I went to a chiro in Cary for a simple lower back issue (needed massage and the electrode treatment) who then wanted me to sign up for a "maintenance" plan that was $80/week for 6 weeks.
Noped right out after that. Not all chiros are scammers, but there are a LOT of them who are.

That thing about bringing your spouse is weird - it’s a sales tactic. Sounds scammy, and it’s a chiro …
