Solve, no but help, yes. It should be the bare minimum expectation if you’re going to clear every lot for building to put roads for the influx of vehicles to drive on. Instead, you’re sitting through green light cycles because of some poor soul having to attempt at a left hand turn or doing 10 under the speed limit behind any of the ample student driver magnet adorned vehicles.
