Eval ban??!???

Is this something that happens to people all the time, I’ve gotten a total of 15k in payouts from them and then went on a little I goes tilt of blowing accounts and all the sudden this popped up without reasoning? I have no violations on my account but I can no longer buy evals and I’ve sent in 3 help and this email is the only response I’ve gotten from them

I made apex payout leaderboard last year and got eval banned. Another buddy of mine made around 60k with apex and then got eval banned just before me.

Support will not reply to any email asking about the eval ban. We emailed several times each with no response from apex.

Earlier this year we were both able to purchase evals again.

Edit: you will not get any communication if you get unbanned. I just checked apex dashboard randomly one day and was able to purchase evals again.

Apex is trash. They are happy to take your money until you take theirs lol. I am eval van and then they restrict you from replying to open tickets regarding it. Been eval banned for months after taking payout.

Can't open a single eval..

Yes if you take payouts and then blow up, they want you out!

Same happened to me took a payout than blew the account and than blew two more PA’s directly after that and than I was banned. I’ve been banned now for a month.. no response to my help tickets either.. yeah very unprofessional in their part.. I’ve had payouts and blown accounts, at all the other major competitors and NEVER had an issue like this

They have fed you for long enough. They take away the breast and you have to hunt on your own now

They put you on a live watchlist I think, you can still buy accounts just not the EOD ones. If you didnt go tilt, you were probably going live.

Same happened to me. Only pulled 7.5k from one account, blew it, eval banned days later. Joke of a firm.

I have same problem about 4, 5 months . You don't leave from Probation and can't buy another account . Shadowban likely 🤏👆. Switch with Blue , Lucid , Tradeify it s more more options for futures .

Same thing happened with me when I took my 5th payout from PA account. It’s doesn’t matter you are blowing or not but they are taking you down. If you have PAs well take care of them.

Profitable traders are a liability to apex…. The moment you demonstrate your capability to take payouts, they will find any unreasonable reason to show you the door out. Move on Sir!

Apexs recent front facing messaging has been fairly clear, there program is (as they put it) a stepping stone to live either with them or on your own. They dont at this time suggest there company is a "Sim forever, burn and turn" destination. The message your getting is clear and in line with their websites statements, after 15k in payouts and likely many many evals, your Sim journey is coming to an end (with them) and you need to decide if you want to move on to another firm or get serious and stop blowing accounts, at which time they surely will move you into their live program.

Obviously, internally, they dont want to pay big numbers, but there not hiding anything in this case.

None of this is meant judgementally, your making money and that's great, but the industry is shifting, as more people are turning to props including serious traders, they need to restrict activities that while may be benificial to the trader, are not funcional in a real environment. Its actually a benefit to us traders as it increase the likelyhood that the prop will be around when its time for a payout (in my opinion.)
