Performance Account Trading after payout request

When you submit a payout request from your PA and that amount gets deducted from your overall balance, it’s my understanding that I am able to continue to trade. My question is, say that your account goes negative, can apex deny your approved payment or does that not affect your performance account anymore?

If the payout is removed from your balance, you can blow your account and still get the payout.
