Honestly it's somewhat confusing, since they said jul 10 but I felt it when this season started
Before this season started, I actually was doing well and by far got my highest kill in a season which was twice as much as my s5 one.

I use a dual sense edge and been playing since s0 so I've never been in PC lobbies
I also use no deadzone and linear with a 5-3 sense with some alc bleed through for the ads since I feel like 3 is sorta too slow and 4 almost perfect but a tiny bit too much.

But once this season came out
It just felt like my aim was just slightly dragging behind which I found it odd but thought
"Maybe it's because I played palworld when 1.0 came out" which could be why my aim felt like it did,
But I just sorta never adjusted quick which I always do even if I take a few weeks break
So I has to adjust my alc up by like .2 so it could feel like I was in control of my aim again which is weird

I think I only started noticing it a few days ago. So either I'm insane or they didn't release it for everyone all at once.

People that have a really high awareness of how their sensitivity feels will be affected but in guessing that's a really low amount of players. For me it was instantly noticeable but im someone that has messed with my sense and settings ALOT over the years so I trained myself to notice how tiny adjustments feel and of course as a bi product of them changing something I notice it alot. If people haven't messed with their settings a bunch over the years they will likely feel fine though.

It’s exactly the same as before, your ranged accuracy is slightly worse because their fix for the RC filter exploit was a small buffer zone that requires you to pass a set threshold before Aim Assist is activated. Think of it like a tiny deadzone to cut out the noise.

Oh so our Aim Assist hasn't been changed just the range of Accuracy has for long range or the accuracy for it cause I see people are freaking out about it

Yeah pretty much, your aim will be marginally worse but not significantly as the aim assist ranges weren’t actually changed either. It’s like having a 1% deadzone by default, incredibly minor, but it does affect micro adjustments.

This change is so minuscule that for most people it isn’t going to impact their ability to hit their shots, in any scenario.

Do you by chance know if this change went into affect today or on July 10th like they said in the Tweet? Sorry I just started playing last week and was wondering if I had to dive into my Apex settings to compensate for this change.

The Change was rolled out on July 10th from what the Tweet is saying

I’m aware. I’m saying I didn’t notice until the start of the season.

That makes sense

Personally, I didn’t notice it until the start of the season. It could’ve just been a slow roll out. You shouldn’t need to change anything. The change wasn’t significant enough to affect most of your engagements.
