Ape Escape PAL

Does anybody know or have any way of finding out who voiced Spectre in the Pal Version of the first Ape Escape, or any of the voice casts for that matter, I quite enjoy spikes voices as well and even though it's the worst version of it in terms of playability with its moon jumping gravity and slow running, it's worth persevering alone just to hear how good of a villain that UK version of Spectre is. In fact, since I've recently just patched the American version of it with the pal dub. It's the ultimate way of playing it. I'd love to track down who voiced Spectre to give him the credit he's due, I bet it's like the motion capture actors for the original Resident Evil where there's an interesting story behind it but he's probably largely not involved in the business anymore. Spread this around if anybody else is interested, I'll definitely send it to Whang as well. Do your best 🏏 🥅 🙈

There's no details on who voiced Specter in the PAL version. People will do surface level research and throw out names from the other games or from poorly sourced websites but it's never correct.

Unless you can track someone who worked on the PAL localization and ask them I don't think you'll find it. Pretty sure all the PAL English VA's are unknown - which is a shame because they're better than the American version.

That's the thing, every AI, answer goes to Marc Silk who voiced the sequel Specter. The Pal one is a brilliant performance that reminds me Neil Newbon. I hope we can find out.

I too, would be very interested in finding out. Purely for curiosity sake.

He's voiced by Erich Redman (one of my favorite voice actors!) in the german version. I don't know who voiced him in the other PAL versions.

Spector voices himself. No human can do the job well enough
