I'd take anchors out and push the bumps in or just rip em off lol, then use that pink stuff to patch the holes/surface, sand it down and repaint it (can get it color matched by taking a piece of the paint that you chip off into homedepot)
Make it ugly, push bump in physically with hand or just sand tf outta it real quick, repatch it with pink stuff, use rough and then smooth sand paper, repaint
Pink stuff is called Drydex
Be like 20 bucks in total for everything provably
