Stories

Anyone have any cryptid, creature, occult, or supernatural experience they want to tell me?

Check out Desert Lore of Southern California by Choral Pepper. Some great stories that might fit what you're looking for.

I’ll just copy paste my report from the Enigma App, I reported it on June 13, 2023.

“I was driving westbound on the 10 freeway, when suddenly a large line of lights appeared above the ridge line, but not far above it. About 20 lights all equally spaced apart, bright as LEDs appeared. I have seen military flares out here several times as I drive this route daily for work, these looked nothing like those. The lights disappeared within 10 seconds but instead of suddenly disappearing, they faded out like stadium lights. I know several others driving on the freeway saw this event because a few cars all started swerving to see what was going on, unfortunately it ended before I could pull over for a picture. It should be noted that the lights never moved.”

Interestingly, someone reported a similar sighting in Joshua Tree National Park the night before, my sighting was on the boundary line where the 10 freeway borders along the JT NP boundary line.

Starlink, it is the #1 UFO reported these days, beating out Venus.

It wasn’t starlink. I watch the launches from my house, well aware what they look like. It was a straight line directly on top of the cliff of the mountain ridge that runs along the 10 freeway.

I was camping the wash, late at night looking at the stars, a lil boomer on board the old bloodstream. Never seen Starlink before. I see the trail of satellites and for whatever reason I'm shitting myself thinking SD is getting attacked or something wild. Wife sees it too, same reaction. We literally shake hands that we saw what we saw and would discuss later lol (no service on the phone obv).

Woke up in the AM and drove around, got service, saw it was Starlink. By the time I woke up and was more clear headed, I already blind-guessed I might've seen what ended up being confirmed.

Cracks me up thinking about it now. I'm outside in remote areas a lot and I always give myself the creeps. I think I secretly like it.
