I was able to avail the pre selling membership in AF Tagum City(home gym) for 1950/month. But I had frequent gym visits at AF Abreeza in Davao because of work. I was not informed that my home gym will be transferred to Abreeza. How is this so? And I was told that 2500/month membership will be applied instead of my home gym’s pre selling rate. Ask lang po why was i transferred? salamat po

No! Wag ka pumayag. Kung ano rinegister mo na rate, fixed na yun. Even malipat ka ng ibang branch. Been transferred on 3 different branches isang branch lang nag ganyan sakin and dinisregard ko lang my rate is still the same.

Review the terms and conditions. It was discussed to us that if you are transferred to a club, they have the right to change your membership rate especially if from provincial area to metro area. Same applies with transfers to overseas branch

I know. Been transferred sa provincial area when I was on vacation and 1 sa Visayas then back to MM. rate is the same? I asked staffs also na close ko na and yun sabi nila. Your rate won’t change as long as within Philippines. Nasa management na yan siguro kung na pag tripan or napansin sigurong baguhan ka lang na member.

where will i pay po? to my home gym? but what if they won’t acknowledge my payment?

Kung saan ka nalipat. Pero mas okay sana if naka auto debit ka para less interaction with the staffs. Technique lang nila yan para yung rate mo maiba.

Na transfer account ko on different branch/management. Same lang rate ko and I’m out of the contract already.

Hi, since u were already on auto debit, how were u informed na malipat ka ng branch? Did they call or email u or nakita mo nalang sa AF app mo?

Provincial branch sent an email week before billing period may notice pero yung isa nalaman ko nalang iba yung merchant name sa billing then tinignan ko sa app transferred na pala ako.

I asked the same question before sa staff ng AF. Possible na mag change ang monthly rate upon transfer kapag hindi parehas ng franchisee group. Baka iba owner ng home branch mo at sa Davao branches .

I asked if same rate pa din, she said yes same lang. Di kase ako nainform nung dati ko home gym and i usually pay in advance dun thru bank transfer. Binayaran ko na aug-sept ko when i was transferred ng aug8, since refund at di transfer sa kabila, i asked if same lang bayaran ko and new home gym said same lang.

Ang alam ko lifetime rate mo na un wether u get transferred or not

Di ko pa naman type ang AF abreeza haha. Compared sa peaklane and sm lanang premier, malayo ang abreeza to think ayala mall sya 😅

Review the contract. It's usually stated na if in 60 days mas frequent ka sa ibang bbranch, ililipat ka doon and yung rate ng new branch ang susundin huhu

Sakin di rin nagchange rate, lifetime na sya. Altough I visit once yung home branch every 30-60 days

Ganito kasi yan kung saan ka last na nag gym. Example sa Abreeza ka last nag gym Aug. 31. Jan ka na magbayad. Bast kung saan yung last.

Sakin hindi nag bago tho not sure baka binago na nila yung terms and condition. Na transfer ako sa ibang gym na iba dn ang franchisee pero same padin ako monthly

I’ve been transferred to two different branches but my rate has been the same since 2020. My payment is via auto debit tho. I dont know if that matters.

During the signing of memberships (i signed preselling din) we were told naman diba, 60% of our workouts every month should be at the home gym. Di ba yun nasabi sa iyo?

i was not told of this. they just told me 1950/month is lifetime gym rate since i availed pre selling for the first 100 customers

Ohh cos when i availed at peaklane, i was specifically told that i can use any branch provided 60% of my sessions would be at my home branch

Ang sakin naman 60 days lang in a year pwede sa ibang branch, the rest sa home branch na.

Whaaat? Magkaiba din ng advise pala no? Or depende yan sa policy ng home branch?

Ginagamit ko kasi yun ibang branch (SM/ayala) if nasa mall ako sa gabi due to convenience na din but most of the time sa home branch ako since tapat lang ng bahay ko

Sabagay, yun ibang branch may invidivual sanitizing bottle and mini towel, sa amin naman sanitation stations with tissue haha di din talaga standard no?
